'I wish we could stay a few more days' or 'If only we had time to go to…..' are phrases we often hear.
Book yourself on a holiday with us and you'll have all the time you need.
That extra time will allow you to really relax into your holiday, venture beyond the usual 'haunts' or if you like a place, spend another night there.
Venues
Where you choose to sail from is entirely up to you. We operate
from a number of South coast marinas, each with its own unique character.
- The Solent-based Ocean village- Southampton, the Hamble, Gosport
and Lymington . - Falmouth Marina and a selection of other harbours
along Cornish and Devon coastlines. There are plenty of other departure
points are available. Just let us know and we'll be there.
Destinations
A week on a boat gives you the opportunity to go that little bit
further. If you have a particular destination in mind, we can arrange
for your holiday to begin from a marina that is close enough to
make it possible. Falmouth for example, is a perfect starting point
for Cornish coastal cruising or an Isles of Scilly trip. The Solent;
ideal for a channel crossing to France or coastal hopping both east
and west.
Food and Drink
Many of our guests like to organise themselves when it comes
to food and drink. Whether they bring their own food and eat aboard,
go ashore to pubs and restaurants or a combination of both, they
like the freedom they get from 'doing it themselves'. If you need
advise on local restaurants or help with booking, we are happy to
oblige.
Alternatively, we will be pleased to shop and cook for you should
you prefer. You supply us with a list of your dietary requirements
and we will produce a menu for you prior to departure. There will
be an additional charge for this.
Evenings
What you choose to do in the evening is entirely
up to you. If you've opted to anchor up in a secluded bay, then
you might like to spend time aboard, enjoying a meal in the company
of friends or row ashore to watch the sun set as you enjoy a beach
barbeque. If you are in a marina or moored alongside a harbour wall,
why not go and see what the local pubs and restaurants have to offer.
Boats
The boats listed are a few possibilities for your
holiday but by no means the only ones available. If you have a particular
request, let us know and we will try to arrange it for you. In certain
circumstances, our listed boats may not be available. In this instance
we will endeavour to organise another, as close in type and price
as that listed.
